Staff BiosRegina Haney, EdD
Regina Haney, EdD is the executive director of the National Association of Church Personnel Administrators (NACPA). In this capacity, and working in collaboration with the Board of Directors, she oversees all activities of the 45-year old organization serving Church human resource professionals from across the country. Prior to joining NACPA, Dr. Haney was executive director of the Boards and Council Department at the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA). During her 25-year tenure at the association, she worked to strengthen diocesan and school boards across the country, providing workshops, research, and publications. In addition, Dr. Haney also was the assistant executive director of the Chief Administrators of Catholic Education Department for almost ten years, providing counsel to diocesan school leaders. Dr. Haney also served for nine years as the superintendent of schools for the Diocese of Raleigh where she established a satellite network for all schools in the diocese through which students accessed curriculum-based programs. Dr. Haney received her doctorate from Saint Mary’s University, Minnesota in 2004. |
