On Demand Members-Only Discussion Series

Back by popular demand! The Members-Only series, NACPA On Demand Discussion Series: Vital Discussions for Today’s Church HR Issues.

The OnDemand discussion series began in 2020 as a mode to come together as a community of Human Resources Church Professionals enabling members to discover answers to topical challenges together.

Meeting via Zoom, each hour-long session begins in a group for directions and information on the topic from a Guest Speaker, then breaks into discussion rooms to get to the heart of the matter and discuss needs and actionable solutions. Towards the end of the hour, all return to the main room and share findings.

The main room discussions are recorded for the member archive, but breakout rooms are not to enable a freer exchange of ideas.
